In my business overview, section of "profit and loss" and expenses, says: Something isn't working. Please refresh the page or try again later.For like a month now.

I understand how beneficial it is for you and your company to be able to work on your Profit and Loss transaction in the business view section.

 

Sometimes unexpected behavior with the product can be caused by too much cache in your browser. This may be why it is not working.

 

I'd suggest logging into your account QuickBooks Online through a private or incognito window. There are no existing cache files in this browser window, which makes it a great place to find out whether the browser is having problems.

 

Here's how:  

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari Browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Return to your regular Internet browser and clear cache and cookies to fix issues if this works. Use another supported browser if this is not the case. The current one you're using may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. You can return to working order with the use of a new browser.
