In October the help desk destroyed my files

Been operation in manual mode since October! 

i feel violated and betrayed by quickBooks 

 

used them since 1986 and they get worse each year.  

i have dealt with their extortion technics for years.  Feels like financial terrorism when renewal time came and they bounced the pric high and destroyed my files.  Can’t use it now

I would want to help you out. However, I need more details about your concern. About your destroyed files in QuickBooks Online (QBO), are you referring to all of your data? Or are you experiencing any login issues? 

Any information that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. You can also attach some screenshots of the errors encountered. This way, I'll be able to give you the best resolution.

As all data was lost 

   I am operating manually this 2022 and 2923

you all screwed me over but big time 

 

been using program since money counts in 1986. 

you said my file was to big to retrieve 

 

and I lost my husband November 2021 

 

i have been the only one working my books since 1986 money counts

   Quick books with desktop since 90’s 

thru quickbooks plus

the hen eventually enterprise 

the then quit the payroll

 

 hen money you had in limbo was returned to me from the state of Texas - lost payment you supposedly were responsible for 

 

from 10 Yrs earlier… 

 

and then i had the online program i paid annually for 

 

and then you HELPEd me with my program 

    When I tried to make a payment plan 

 

you made an error and switched me from annual discounted payment and lost everything I have had since 2001 in one fell swoop of no follow up 

 

I called about 20 to 30 times 

    No help 

 

lost my spouse to massive heart attack November 23, 2021  so I was taking a break from using the program and stopped collecting my income by your closing it down
