Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, brock-hokenson-g.

Your Show non-zero or active only drop-down option on reports can be used to help declutter a report by hiding rows and columns with no activity or a total amount of zero.

You can choose Active to hide empty rows and columns, Non-zero to hide ones with a total of zero, or All to display all rows/columns.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with the Show non-zero or active only drop-down option which may come in handy moving forward: How do I show only active rows & columns in my reports?

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a great day!
