Thanks for dropping by the Community space, alex.s.

I'm here to ensure you can connect to Magento.

The 404 error code indicates that the server could not find the website you were looking for. To resolve this issue, you can try some basic troubleshooting steps.

Let's begin by logging into your account in a private window. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works, try to open your QBO account and switch companies. If it is successful, return to your default browser and delete the cache and cookies to start over. If not, you can use a different compatible browser to optimize your QBO performance.

If you want to know what apps are supported by Intuit and how to get support when needed, you can read and review this article: Apps that work with QuickBooks Online

You can drop your reply on this thread if you have more queries connecting supported apps in QBO. I’ll be right here to answer them for you.

I can see how hard you tried here. No worries, I'll make it up to you to ensure you never have to deal with this again, Alex.

We appreciate you for performing the recommended solutions provided by my colleague. QuickBooks Connector only supports integration with Magento versions 2.0 or higher. Let's make sure we comply with the system requirement to successfully connect and install the app Magento Connector. Before we can connect it, we'll need to install our plugin. Here's how:

  1. Download the QuickBooks Connector Magento 2.0 plugin.
  2. Our Magento plugin connects QuickBooks Connector to your Magento 2.0 site. Remember where you saved this plugin.
  3. Extract the contents of the zip file.
  4. Copy or transfer all of the extracted files to your Magento installation directory.
  5. Run the following command to install the plugin: php bin/magento setup:upgrade.
  6. Log on to the admin section of your Magento.
  7. Go to the QuickBooks Connector > Integration link from the System menu. This provides you with the QuickBooks Connector API Key. Copy this key and you'll need it later in the integration process.

Once done, try connecting Magento again by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Apps and search and install the app Magento Connector.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. You will then be redirected to the Connections tab in your QuickBooks Connector. Then, choose Connect to Magento.
  4. A new page will pop up on your screen and it will ask you to enter the Magento API key that was provided to you after installing our plugin. Once done, hit Connect to Magento.
  5. Your Magento account is now connected and authorized with your QuickBooks Connector file.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Take care always.
