Question
Intuit would not refund us for a subscription we had canceled and then got billed for because their system did not show that we had cancelled. How do we unlink bank info?
We are extremely displeased with this company and have been due to their increasing prices. We used to use desktop versions at $250 for at least 5 years, now they want $550 or online for over $1000 per year!!!!!!!! And now they are resorting to tricks such as not refunding billings that were not cancelled when we did cancel them. Where will this end?!!!
