Invoices

I have an estimate with multiple items. When I create and Invoice all of the line items are displayed. I only want to show the line items that are being invoiced and not show all of the line items. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, there is, @robush333.


You can delete the line item that you don’t want to be invoiced. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Open the Invoice you’ve created from the estimate.
  2. Navigate and right-click the Items you don’t want to be included in the invoice and select Delete Line.
  3. Then click Save & Close to save the changes.
