What can I do so that the invoices sent from quickbooks remain in my outbox of the mail that I have registered. I have already sent two invoices and they do not appear in my Outlook.

Hello there, @MASDELIVERY.

 

Just to confirm, would like to have an access to these emailed invoices? If so,  you can Cc yourself on the emails you send from QuickBooks.

 

By doing this process, it helps you confirm which emails were sent out, and ensure they've been received. To add yourself as a Cc, you can follow the steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Under the Messages section, tick the Email me a copy box.
  4. Enter an email or emails into the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address and Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to address fields as needed.
  5. Click Save. Then, Done.

 

Or, you can add yourself as a CC by clicking the tab that says, Cc Bcc under the email field on your sales form. Here's the sample screenshot:
