IPhone QBO app not up to date with website

Paid invoices are showing unpaid. Some open invoices not showing up at all. Phone app is not in sync with my computer based QBO

I'm here to make sure you're transactions are syncing seamlessly, @valleytank.

 

Issues like this can be the result of corrupt cache files in your mobile app. Not to worry, you can clear them in a few easy steps. Doing this helps restore the application to its default settings. 

 

  1. Go to the Hamburger menu ().
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Refresh Data.

 

If it's still not pulling up the latest data, uninstall, and re-install your mobile apps to start a clean slate.
