Is anybody else having issues logging into quickbooks online via laptop? I can access it on my phone or tablet but not through my laptop

Thanks for letting us know about your login experience using your laptop. We haven't received any reports of being unable to log in today. 

 

It seems to me like you're going through browser-related problems as you mentioned you're able to log in using your mobile apps or tablet.

 

Please know that QuickBooks Online is using cache to store data from the websites you've visited. And when it's being full, it'll cause unexpected behavior such as login issues. 

 

To resolve this issue, I'd recommend logging into your QBO account using an incognito or private window to prevent data from being collected in the cache. Use the keyboard shortcut keys listed below to access it in your preferred browser:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL+ Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL+Shift+P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL+Shift+P
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+N

 

If you're able to log in without a problem, clear your regular browser's cache to ensure that it functions properly. Otherwise, switch to another supported web browser for the best and most secure QuickBooks experience.
