Question

Is anyone else having an issue exporting reports to Excel? All my data = $0.00 in Excel, but accurate in PDF. I recently upgraded to Windows 11? ( ex: P&L, Bal Sheet.)

I understand how convenient it is to export reports to Excel. To further look into your account in a  safe environment, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have tools for a screen-sharing session to investigate this matter for you.

To contact support, here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online, then click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to human.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Click Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from next available expert.
