Is anyone else having issues connecting to Bank of America? I have been trying for 4 days it keeps failing saying try in a couple of hours. I can login to BoA website

This has been raised to our banking engineers, where customers are facing issues connecting the Bank of America in QuickBooks. Our engineers are currently researching to understand why it happens.

1. Click Help at the upper-right corner.
2. Tap the Contact Us button below.
3. Enter Can't connect Amex account inside the What can we help you with? box. Once done, you're good to click the Let's talk button.
4. You can either select Get a callback or Call us.
