Is anyone else having issues linking their citi account to their quickbooks account? Mine keeps telling me I have an incomplete registration and to login to complete it

Please know that we've received similar cases or reports about the issue of connecting your Citi account because of an incomplete registration process. With this,  we recommend contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to the affected users' list. 

Here's how you can connect with them:
 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Choose either tab to get started:

• Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
• Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

They can accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Meanwhile, you can still connect your accounts to QuickBooks by manually uploading transactions instead. Once your transactions are in, it's important to categorize them so they will be posted to the right accounts.
