Question

Is anyone else having issues with the taxes being debited from the wrong account, despite making sure that the correct account was selected? Any resolutions?

When I pay taxes it has been coming out of our main account, instead of our secondary account that we have set up for all things payroll tax. It started being an issue several weeks ago, and has yet to remedy itself. I have tried deleting recorded tax payments and making sure I have put in the right information, and I process them again. It still comes out of the main account, instead of the account it is suppose to. I have had this issue one other time last year and it eventually resolved itself.

Thanks for reaching out to us again. Allow me to assist you with the tax payment not posting on the selected bank account.

 

I checked our records and see that this has been escalated. That means our engineers are aware and already fixing this issue. I suggest you reach to our Support Team, if you haven't yet already, so they can add you to the investigation.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Payroll Tax Payments".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
