Is anyone else having trouble with the online app for your pc

Having trouble printing today but have been having trouble with the app all week. I cannot open more than one tab

Thanks for alerting us. Let me share some instructions here to get these issues resolved right away.

 

This is probably caused by the stored junk files in the system. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to get you back running. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. First, let's refresh your QBO app by clicking Help.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

 

We can also remove the temporary files and reset the application to its default state. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to File menu.
  2. Choose Clear Cache.
  3. Close the app.
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. Then, reopen the app.

 

If the same things happen, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here's a quick guide to do it, or visit the link here to reinstall the app directly. Just scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, then click the Free Download button.
