Is anyone experience technical difficulty? I am trying to enter multiple vendors and it won't let me type in the fields

In the meantime, let’s access your account in a private window. Unexpected issues such as being unable to type in fields can be due to accumulated. Using a private browser prevents saving your browsing history and helps isolate these issues for better performance.

 

To save you time, please use either of these shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, enter multiple vendors again and see if you can type in the fields. If everything works perfectly, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If the problem remains, please use another supported browser.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your help.  However, it did not solve my issue.  When in the multiple vendors window, I can only enter data in the very first window and no others at all.  Nothing under any field, not address, phone number, etc.  I tried again under another exercise, as I am in school, still could not do multiple vendors.  It is odd this is happening.  I just went ahead and this second time, I entered the vendors one at a time.
