Mac mini M2 Pro, Ventura 13.6.3. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago.

I understand how vital it is for your company to use the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mac app hassle-free. I'm here to assist you in getting the application up and running as soon as possible.

Upon checking, there are no reported issues with the app crashing after opening. However, we can still take some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

First, let's reset the app data:

  1. Quit QBO.
  2. Hold down the Fn (function) key and open it again.
  3. It will ask if you want to Reset the app. Click the Reset button.
  4. Open the app again.

If this doesn't fix the problem, we can proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Additionally, you can refer to this helpful article with the option for your customers to pay their invoices through Apple Pay: Frequently Asked Questions about Apple Pay and QuickBooks.

Please feel free to return to this thread if you need further assistance in troubleshooting your QBO app for Mac. We're here to help you in any way we can.

There is no  Function key on my Mac keyboard, but Uninstall and Reinstall did the trick.

Thank you!
