Is anyone having a problem with Standard limited customers and vendors role getting error accessing report within Products & Services?

I have been on chat a couple of times over the issue, to only finally being told that only admin have access, which the role has access it just gets an error "Something went wrong, we are working on it."

I'll provide information when managing user role permissions in accessing reports in your account, outlawpumphaley. 

 

In QuickBooks Online, the Standard limited customers and vendors role can view, add, and edit customers, vendors, products, and services entries & reports. If you're a new user assigned to this role after May 2024, you'll no longer have access to specific reports since this permission has been discontinued from the said date.

 

However, if you're an existing user who has been assigned to this role and still the issue persists, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to help rectify the possibility of a webpage issue.

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to access the report efficiently, you may get back to your default browser and clear its cache or use a different supported browser.
