I'm here to ensure you can access the sales tax report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @acetshirtsdesign.

Upon checking our records, there's no ongoing investigation that other users are experiencing the inability to access sales tax reports in QuickBooks. In your case, you might be experiencing some browser-related issues. It is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. With this, I'd recommend logging into your account using a private or an incognito window.

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, access the Sales tax report again. If you're able to pull up the report, that's good news. Return to your regular browser and clear the cache. You can also use other supported browsers to learn what browsers need for the best experience when using QuickBooks.
