Is anyone having issues with amounts changing when you open an invoice or estimate today?

We can check the Audit History to track the activities made to your invoices or estimates. These changes happen if the users have edited the amounts or if your customer has an existing credit and the auto-apply feature is enabled. Let me guide you through the steps to review these activities.

 

  1. Open the Invoice or Estimate transaction that has changes.
  2. Click the View/Edit.
  3. Choose More actions.
  4. Select Audit history.
