Is it possible to change the color theme of the company in order to differentiate between companies?

Right now, changing the theme color for your QuickBooks Online company file isn't available. You'll want to check out our Customer Feedback page to see if a related request has already been submitted. 

If not, you can send a request to let our product team know how this feature benefits your business needs. Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Click Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks. Then, track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

In addition to this, you can use your sales form to differentiate between companies. Simply customize and change the theme color to create attractive, professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
