You may be able to filter it by class

Run the report > click customize or modify > click filter > click on class > select a class & run the report.

Thank you Mark! May ask another question....How to print combined Financials for 4 company files. There is an option in reports. But reports were not accurate. Do the Chart of accounts for each company have to be the same? Do you know how to run the combined statements for 4 companies? Thank you for your time
