Is it possible to restore a suspended account ?

I had an account my payments and everything was set up. Business was slow so i stop paying the monthly subscription it now says the account is suspended and payment account is closed

You can resubscribe you canceled account within 1 year.

You can always reactivate it and continue where you left off. I'll walk you through the steps of reactivating an account. To resubscribe, you'll have to use the same payment method and billing frequency as you did with your previous subscription. Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Click Resubscribe, then enter the updated billing information.
  5. Tap Subscribe.
