Is it true that online back-up and restore can only connect to one admin account? How do people build redundancy in this system? Thank you.

    To clarify, can you provide some additional details about your question with only connecting to one admin account?

    Thanks, Candace! We have multiple admins for our company. However, only one admin can view the digital backups which means if that person leaves we won't have access to them. I'm hoping there is a way that multiple admins can access the company backups, or at least have their own.
