Is Quickbooks down? I am getting a blank screen when I try to get into Quickbooks from my laptop. I can get in via the app.

We haven't received any reports regarding this issue. I've also tried opening my QuickBooks account here and everything is up and running.

 

Usually, strange behaviors like blank screens are caused by the accumulated cache and cookies in the browser. To rule this, you can try opening your account in a private window. Check out the shortcut keys I've listed below:

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If it's now working well, head back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to get rid of the junk files. if the same thing happens, you can use other supported browsers
