Is something wrong with reports? I can't pull up profit and loss reports?

Under custom reports my profit and loss: customized will not open up

Upon checking here, there's an ongoing investigation about having an issue with running the Profit and Loss reports. Our engineers are currently working on it and doing their best to fix this. 

 

I want to ensure you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its resolution. With this, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online Support to be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates about this. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Click Help (?).
  2. Click the Search tab to get started:
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4.  Enter the topic of your concern.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
