Is the Mac App going away April 20, 2021? What does that mean? We can only use Quickbooks Online?

You're still able to continue using the app after April 20, 2021. However, you'll no longer receive customer support or software updates after the specified date. With this, I'd recommend accessing your account via a supported web browser.
