Is the Quickbooks mobile app still being supported? It's been buggy for the last month, and I had read that support ended last year.

Yes, we still support the mobile app version of QuickBooks Online. The only services affected by the discontinuation last year is the Windows and Mac app.

 

There are times that you'll encounter unusual behavior with the mobile app. You can usually resolve the problem by refreshing your data.

 

Refer to the steps below:

 

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data, then hit Refresh.
  3. Close the app.
  4. Power down and restart your device.
  5. Reopen the app.
