Yes, we can use the Audit Log report to view the deleted transactions, abenattar.

Let's pull up and customize the report so you'll be able to see all your deleted transaction in QuickBooks Online. I'll guide you how.

  1. From the Gear icon, select Audit Log.
  2. On the Filter menu, select Show only these events.
  3. Below the Show only these events section, place a checkmark besideTransactions.
  4. Select Deleted/Voided Transactions on the Show drop-down menu.
  5. You can also select a specific account on the Using drop-down menu.
  6. Once done, click on Apply.

I've also included a reference below:

For more details about what the audit log can do and how to use it to keep an audit trail, check out this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

In case you'd like to re-enter the deleted transactions in QuickBooks, you can use the audit log to recover the information to keep the record accurate.

Additionally, you may want to consider voiding a transaction instead of deleting it. This way, the transactions don’t affect your account balances or reports, but you always have a record of them.
