The Product/Service QuickReport in QuickBooks Online can give you the initial quantity of a specific product. 

Let me show you the steps:

1. Go to the Gear menu.
2. Select Products and services under Lists.
3. Choose a product.
4. Click the dropdown arrow beside Edit.
5. Choose Run report.
6. Press Customize.
7. Filter the date.
8. Under Product/Service set to All.
9. Set to Inventory Starting Value in the Transaction Type.
10. Click Run report.

When you're done with these steps, you'll see a QTY column that shows the initial number you’ve entered for an item. You can also select them each if you want to know the complete details. I’ve provided a screenshot for your visual reference:
