Hey there, @cshah.

For now, there's no available option to add or change colors in reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

However, you can export your report to Excel in QBO. However, you can export your report to Excel in QBO. Then, customize it from there to easily add the color that you want on each columns. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then, click Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business. Therefore, let me take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience.

In addition, you'll want to customize your reports in QBO. This way, it would be easy for you to review them.
