Yes, @towens1. And I'd be glad to walk you through the steps to find your Unemployment ID number.

You can go to the Tax Setup preferences to view your Employer Account Number from there. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings.
  2. On the Preferences page, go to the Tax Setup tab.
  3. Select the appropriate State and review the Account Number from the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) Setup section.

Also, you can find your State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate there. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Find your company's State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) tax rate.

Is there a way to find out my unemployment ID #?

Hello there, Azautti.

Let me help you in viewing the unemployment ID number on the platform.

If you wanted to know the unemployment ID for FUTA, you can go to the IRS website. If this is for SUI or SUTA, you can ask your State Agency. I would to reiterate my colleague Mark_R answers if you wanted to check the number inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Additionally, you can run some payroll reports in QuickBooks. This way, you can get a closer look at your business's finances and view useful information about your business and employees.
