The Balance Sheet report is available on all QuickBooks Online plans (Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus). The higher plan you subscribe, the more financial reports you can pull up. You can use this comparison report to see the available reports per subscription: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.
