Is there a way to get a report of all charges by customer, not just unbillable?

I'll make sure you can get the report you need, @JasperContracting. This way, you're able to monitor all customer charges in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are a variety of reports that tell you about different aspects of your business in QBO. To view the complete list of charges by customer, you can pull  up the Transaction List by Customer report. Then, customize it to focus on the details that matter to you the most. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type in and select Transaction List by Customer in the Find report by name search box.
3. Select the Customize button to filter the data you need.
4. Set the Report period.
5. Click Run report.
