Is there a way to have a unique cc list for each one of my clients?

Hello @steve117,

QuickBooks Online has a report called Customer Contact List that you can filter to see the last four digits of your customer's credit card. Let me guide you how to pull up the report.

  1. Go to Reports, then type "Customer Contact List" in the Find report by name field.
  2. In the report, select Customize at the top. Then, the Rows/Columns drop-down.
  3. Click the Change columns link, then mark the box next to Credit Card # and CC Expires.
  4. Hit Run report. Please see attached screenshots below.

Once you're done, you'll see these columns in your report. You'll also have the option to export this report to Excel for more in-depth customization. Just click the Export icon beside the Printer icon to export.

I'm attaching these handy articles for additional reference. Feel free to check them.
