Is there a way to have QBs online separate login(s) for sales reps for invoicing through Ipads , but NOT have any accessibility to other info through my QBs account?

I'll share insight about adding a user and the corresponding access rights in QuickBooks Online.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to give invoicing-only access to a user in QuickBooks. And we're unable to provide the exact turnaround time as to when such a feature like this is added.

For now, let's consider adding them as a standard user with a limited role and access to all customer-related tasks so they can use the invoicing feature while logged in on an iPad. While it is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
3. Describe how giving invoicing-only access to a user helps your business in QuickBooks.
4. Select Next.
5. Click Skip and send message.
