Is there a way to print a list of my custom reports? Is there a way to arrange my report groups? I have two "identical" report group names. Can I consolidate them?Thx!

I'll share a few details to address your concerns regarding custom reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Brenda.

Currently, we're unable to directly print a list of your custom reports in QBO. As a workaround, you can navigate to the Custom Reports page and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P to print the current screen.

Also, there's no option to rearrange your report groups and consolidate those with identical group names.

While these features are unavailable, you can share your suggestions directly with our software engineers. Doing so will allow them to review your recommendations and might incorporate them into our future product updates. To do that:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your feature request, then Next.

Moreover, you'll want to send your team members a copy of your reports on a recurring schedule.
