I know a way on how you can print a single account detail from the general ledger in QuickBooks Online.

 

There are two ways you can print a single account detail from the general ledger in QuickBooks Online. Either run a report for the specific account, or view and open the register. After doing one or the other you then print. The step-by-step process is below.

 

First option:

 

  1. In the Chart of Accounts screen, choose an account and click the drop-down arrow beside View register.
  2. On the drop-down list, click Run report.
  3. Click the Print icon.

 

 

Second option:

 

  1. In the Chart of Accounts screen, choose an account and click View register.
  2. Hit the Print icon.
