Is there a way to see accountant login activity? I'd like to keep track of when an accountant is logging into our QBO account.

I can see User activity but not accounting firm activity

Hi atom,

You should be able to see the activities of your accountant in the Audit Log. To check this:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Select Audit Log under Tools.
  3. Click Filter at the top.
  4. Select your accountant for User. Modify the other fields if you want.
  5. Click Apply.
