Is there a way to share "groups" of customized reports (and the associated run/mail schedule) with other people? I share reports but it loses the groupings.

When you create a custom report you can create a group and save it as a "shared" report. You can create a Management Report that includes multiple custom reports, but the "share" and "scheduling" option are not available for Management Reports as far as I know.
