Hi there, usersunsettanya.

The Balance Sheet report generates all accounts that are used in your QuickBooks end. That said, to suppress the accounts with zero balance from printing on the report is currently unavailable. This is because there's no way to customize this from a specific account.

However, I'd suggest exporting the report to Excel and make the necessary customization. This way, you're able to delete the accounts with zero balance in Excel to avoid include the said accounts when you print the report.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports from the left panel.
  2. Choose the Balance Sheet in the search icon.
  3. Select the Export icon beside the Printer icon.
  4. Click Export to Excel.
