We're pleased to see you here, Aminoletti. Let's work together to run a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) showing all factored invoices.

Invoice factoring is a type of alternative financing in which you sell your unpaid invoices to a factoring company in exchange for cash upfront. To show all open invoices in QBO, we can run the Invoices and Received Payments. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports and search for Invoices and Received Payments.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. Select a date range in the Report period section.
  4. In the Rows/Columns dropdown, click Change columns.
  5. Check the boxes for Transaction TypeAmountOpen Balance, and A/R Paid.
  6. Click Run report.

The invoices labeled Unpaid under the A/R Paid column are those outstanding invoices that are being factored in.

I'll also include this article if you're interested in personalizing the appearance of your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can decide how your invoices will look and which information you should include.
