Issue with a ex girlfriend who still has access to my account. I was told that making changes and keeping where I have to always use pass code. That’s not true I got on my iPad and it only ask for my fingerprint. C’mon man help me out. This is crazy.

This way, other person can no longer access your file. Also, if you don't want to have Passcode when accessing your account, we can turn it off.  Let me guide you with these steps:

1. Go to your iPad's Settings.
2. Tap Account and then select Passcode.
3. Slide the Passcode button to turn it off.
4. Select and confirm your digit code.
