It’s been over a year since I’ve been able to use the "BANK DEPOSIT" tab on the app. I called customer service and explained the issue. The app doesn’t show a "+” tap

When I go to use the BANK DEPOSIT tab there isn’t the green "+", tab to make an entry. Before the latest update there was a green tab with the "+", but today; not even the green tab is available. Please have you programmers fix the issue.

I appreciate you reporting this behavior. After the update, you should be able to get fixes in QuickBooks.

I see that you already contacted our Support Team about your concern. However, I'd recommend giving us another call. This is the best way we can do to keep them informed about the missing green + tab when making an entry.

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.

 As a workaround, we can do it in a web browser. The following browsers are supported on both web and mobile devices:

 

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. 
  • Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer
  • iPhones and iPads - for Apple products, your device will need to be running iOS 11.1 or newer.
  • Android smartphones and tablets- for Android products, your device will need to be running Nougat 7.1.1 or newer.
