Question

It seems like I'm being charged for two subscriptions. Why am I charged an annual fee of $549.00 when I already pay a monthly fee of $55? Total of $1,209.00. ???

How can I have someone call me to discuss?  Anyone have a phone number for this company????

Your current subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. 

 

At this point, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team to pull up your records and help you check your billing to verify the charges in your account. They have the tool to verify your subscription. 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Assistant icon to open the QB assistant window.
  3. Select Contact Support Team, then enter your concerns.
  4. Click Contact Support Team again.
  5. Choose Chat to start a conversation.

For future reference, you can use the Export option to ensure you have a backup of your data: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
