Question

It won't let me do payroll, says "Your subscription ends 01/19/2022. You can pay employees earlier or reactivate your subscription" however I am subscribed, frustrating

I've tried calling and chatting, they said payroll was down to try again later, that is not the case... still doesn't work

 As much as I would like to help you process your payroll, however, this must be done in a safe and secure environment.

 

I can see that you already contacted our Payments Support team before, but they're the ones who can assist in this situation. Let me share the steps on how to reach them.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. then select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent. 
  3. Enter your questions. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. Start messaging or Get a call back.
