Joined QBO & now receiving emails to one of our co. email addresses that is not set up in QBO, it's asking to verify our acct from Intuit's do not reply email address.

A general service email box received the email asking to verify the Intuit login information.   We did not use this email to set up any users or the company.

  • We’ll never ask for your personal details in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. It includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.
