I want to make sure we're on the same page. Do you mean you want to phone number for our support team?

If yes, we're unable to provide a direct helpline number for security purposes, but I can guide you on how to contact them. You can submit a call back request. Please note that due to the pandemic, we have limited staff and decreased support hours. They're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Keep in mind that you can always share with me your concern regarding your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I’d appreciate it if you can share more details with me.

If you still wish to talk to our Support team, here are the steps to contact them. 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Select Contact us at the bottom of the page. 
4. Under What can we help you with? type in your concern and click Continue.
5. Click the Get a callback button.
6. Fill in the necessary information and choose Confirm call.
