License number and product number

where can I found my license number and my product number?

If you have installed QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024, press the F2 key on your keyboard to get your product and license numbers. 

If you still need to install it and purchase QuickBooks Desktop Pro from our website, the license number and product number are included in the confirmation email.

If you purchased QuickBooks from a retail store, look for this label on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.

You can also get these numbers from the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) if you have already registered your information online. Refer to this article to learn everything you need to know about using CAMPS: View, manage or update your Intuit account in CAMPs.

You can use the License Look Up tool if it still needs to be registered. You'll have to enter either your business email or the business phone to retrieve that information.

As per what my previous colleagues have mentioned above, if you’ve installed QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, or Enterprise 2024, you can find your product and license numbers by pressing the F2 key within the application. You can see the product name, product number, and license number in the Product Information window.

However, if you’re still in the process of installing it, here are some ways to obtain those numbers:

• Confirmation Email: If you purchased QuickBooks Desktop Pro from our website, check your original purchase confirmation email. It should contain your license number and product code.
• Retail Store Purchase: If you bought QuickBooks from a retail store, look for a label on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.
• Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs): If you’ve registered your product online, log in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) to retrieve your product and license numbers. • License Look-Up Tool: If you haven’t registered your product and can’t find your license number, use the License Look-Up tool. You have to provide your email or business phone to retrieve the information.
