Live Oak Bank not connecting to QBO
Has anyone else encountered this? We recently opened a business savings account with Live Oak Bank. I cannot get QBO to let me log in to connect my account. There are two live oak bank options and I've tried both. I even found an old thread that said the username has to be all lowercase (it is) and the password less than 11 characters (it is).
The login field on QBO is asking for a PIN, but I have no PIN set up with live oak, and can't find a spot to create a pin, just a password. I keep getting the "That didn't work. Try signing in again. (103)" error.
Really frustrating that I can't link my account to QBO. Is there something I'm missing here? Anyone else had this problem?
