Yes it is set up to print in custom reports. It has worked perfectly for a couple years and just stopped working. It is there when I run the report but when I try to print or export to PDT, the logo is gone but a number of lines are added between the report name Titel.

 Hello, tknapp1.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. As of now, we have received reported issues with other users about being unable to print a logo on the reports. However, this specifies Custom Financial reports. If you referring to custom financial reports, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users in this investigation (INV-67291).

Also, once added, you'll immediately receive an email notification with the latest updates.

However, If you referring to other reports, I suggest logging your QuickBooks using an incognito/private browser. To single out the cause of this unexpected behavior, start printing your reports from there. This helps us check if the issue is browser-related.

You may use either of these shortcut keys to access your account using a private browser:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

From there, check the reports if it's already functioning well. If it's work, return to your default browser, then clear its cache and cookies. This process aims to speed up your overall browsing experience and may clear up some room on your computer. Using other supported browsers is a good option too.

Additionally, An outdated Adobe version can lead to a problem when printing in QuickBooks Online. You may need to update the Adobe Reader. You can check this article for more information about Downloading Acrobat Reader.

I've got you covered if you have more QuickBooks concerns. Just add the details below and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. Have a great day!
